about

this is why i get kicked out of carolling groups:

lyrics

Jolly fat men in red suits joyously fondle our children, between bouts of false laughter spat in their faces like venom. Their only desire is to know what greed lies in the hearts of our young; to give them false hope for (yet another) imaginary god to grant their petty wishes. They sit on their thrones in our temples of greed amidst phony snow, and fairytales made of plastic, adorned with tiny lights that twinkle like cubic zirconia. They are a mocking monument to our frivolous desires. A festive display, set up to encourage our slavery to the empty dreams fed to us by the armies of marketing.

We consume the fecal offerings of our bloated corporate giant overlords as foul maggots feasting on the flesh of any bloated rotting corpse.

Instead we should cast off these invisible chains from our minds, rise up against this sick joke, gather together in force, as mobs of sanity, and drag these overfed department store tyrants down from their thrones at the mall, smash to dust the foul peppermint candy hooks that they would stick in our mouths as "treats" to snare us with. We should drag these imposter kings by their fake beards, out of the malls, and into the streets, and spill their lying, festering blood in the gutter where it belongs. Disembowel them and hang their intestines on our mantels, to see what gifts may appear in them come morning. Decapitate these Santa Clauses, and sing songs of joy and togetherness with our families, as we roast their bones in a fire to keep us warm through a bright new winter of freedom, undefiled by million dollar ad campaigns, and their fake promise of price tagged happiness.

Deck the halls with boughs of holly,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Tis the season to be jolly,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.

Don we now our gay apparel,
Fa la la, la la la, la la la.
Troll the ancient Yule tide carol,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.

See the blazing Yule before us,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Strike the harp and join the chorus.
Fa la la la la, la la la la.

Follow me in merry measure,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
While I tell of Yule tide treasure,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.

Fast away the old year passes,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Hail the new, ye lads and lasses,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.

Sing we joyous, all together,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Heedless of the wind and weather,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
